This video demonstrates laparoscopic Jain point entry in a very thin patient with large broad ligament myoma. Entry through Jain point is better in these cases as we avoid hitting the myoma when we enter through a lateral point compared to umbilical one. Umbilical entry may hit the mass and initiate bleeding even before begin the surgery. Safe entry through Jain point can be made making the myomectomy easy.
