About Video

This video showing sonography of the right sided ectopic pregnancy. In this video uterus is empty and on right side gestational sac is seen with yolk sac within it. Considerable amount of blood present in pouch of Douglas (POD) and anterior to uterus. Although patient was hemodynamically stable, presence of significant amount of blood requires urgent intervention. We did laparoscopic salpingectomy for this patient and it was incomplete tubal abortion.
