This video showing subconjunctival injection, head of pterygium pulled off, pterygium body excision, remove subconjunctival fibrovascular tissue, smoothen cornea using crescent blade, diamond burr to further smoothen cornea, perform minimal cautery, application of mitomycin c, profuse irrigation with saline and amniotic membrane patch secured with fibrin glue.
