In this video clip subxiphoid sagittal view of two great arteries are seen in parallel. The anterior vessel with pulsatile flow is the abdominal aorta while the posterior vessel with continuous flow is the vertical vein of the infra­diaphragmatic total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage.
