This video demonstrates retreatment after smile circle pattern of VisuMax laser. Circle pattern of VisuMax laser to convert the cap into a flap with junction, lamellar and side cut. Circle pattern: lamellar ring incision plane encircling the original cap cut, side cut with a hinge-created around new incision plane and junction cut – joins original cap with new incision plane. Pattern D: creates lamellar ring adjacent to the SMILE pocket cut, at the same depth of the pocket, and most optimal pattern with easiest flap lifting. The flap thus created can be easily lifted and enhancement can be done using excimer laser ablation.
