This video demonstrates Kiel School’s Total laparoscopic hysterectomy technique is based on the works of Semm and Mettler in Kiel. The insertion of the manipulator, which is technically easy. Two parameters are important: diameter of the cervix and length of the uterus. Once these measurements have been taken, the manipulator can be individually adapted.
