Ventricular septal defect in four-chamber view. The right and left atria (RA, LA) and ventricles (RV, LV) as well as respective atrioventricular valves are labeled (TV, MV). A dropout (*) is noted at the crest of the interventricular septum in this image and is suspicious for a ventricular septal defect.
