About Video

This video clip demonstrates an abnormal left ventricular volume response to stress. The resting study is normal. Postexercise, there is evidence of anteroseptal, apical, and lateral ischemia, resulting in left ventricular dilatation. Cardiac catheterization was consistent with severe multivessel coronary artery disease.
