This video clip live/real time 3D transthoracic echocardiographic assessment of homograft aortic prosthesis. Upper arrowhead points to a perforation in the aortic valve (AV) prosthesis. The lower arrowhead denotes severe aortic regurgitation (AR). Color Doppler signals fill the whole extent of proximal left ventricular (LV) outflow tract in diastole.
