This video clip aortic (AO) short axis view in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus. The pulmonary regurgitation (PR) jet is thin and occupies only 10–15% of the proximal width of the right ventricular outflow tract immediately at its origin from the pulmonary valve. This denotes mild PR. (L: Left pulmonary artery; MPA: Main pulmonary artery; RPA: Right pulmonary artery).
