This video clip three-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography of Ebstein’s anomaly. The arrowhead shows a bubble-like appearance resulting from tethering of the septal leaflet (S) of the tricuspid valve to the ventricular septum. (AV: aortic valve; CH: chordae; LA: left atrium; LV: left ventricle; MV: mitral valve; PA: main pulmonary artery; TV: tricuspid valve; VS: ventricular septum).
