Quantitation of tricuspid regurgitation severity. Live/real time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography. The patient demonstrates two jets of tricuspid regurgitation. Both are viewed en face (1 and 2) and vena contracta areas (VCA) measured. VCA of jet 1 (A1) = 0.22 cm2 and VCA of jet 2 (A2) = 0.34 cm2.
