Lower arrowheads point to two Lambl’s excrescences on aortic valve cusps, seen as linear mobile echoes. Upper arrowhead shows fatty tissue involving the posterior wall of the ascending aorta. The arrow denotes an artifact in the right ventricular outflow tract.
