This video clip shows full-volume 3D TEE view of a left ventricular pseudoaneurysm. The wall of the pseudoaneurysm (PsA) is partly cropped out in order to reveal the orifice of the pseudoaneurysm communicating with the left ventricular cavity in the far field. Note the “smoke” formation in the pseudoaneurysm cavity.
