About Video

This video clip showing upper transesophageal echocardiography of the left internal mammary artery (LIMA) to left anterior descending coronary artery graft. Arrow points to the LIMA arising from the subclavian artery (LSA); pulsed Doppler examination shows prominent systolic and diastolic flow signals moving in the same direction. This finding is consistent with absence of any stenosis in the graft or graft junction; and the end of this procedure showing coronary angiogram of the patient.
