This video demonstrates apical long-axis view of the left ventricle. This is the same view as the parasternal long axis except that it is viewed from the apex of the heart (AO: Aorta; AV: Aortic valve; LA: Left atrium; LV: Left ventricle; MV: Mitral valve).
