This video clip transesophageal echocardiographic shows short axis view of aortic valve at 60°. Color Doppler interrogation with color comparison demonstrates the mosaic continuous flow indicating left to right shunt across the ruptured aneurysm of noncoronary sinus of Valsalva into right atrium.
