This video clip transesophageal echocardiographic video with two-dimensional x-plane (lateral tilt) imaging demonstrates the tricuspid valve in the bicaval view. It demonstrates a large shaggy mass with homogeneous echogenicity attached to the tricuspid valve suggestive of fungal endocarditis.
