This video clip transthoracic echocardiographic demonstrating parasternal short axis view profiling the main pulmonary artery (MPA), right pulmonary artery (RPA) and left pulmonary artery (LPA). Small mobile elements are seen suggestive of vegetations in main pulmonary artery. This modified short axis view clearly delineating the pulmonary valve and the vegetations attached to the pulmonary artery are also seen.
