This video clip two dimensional transesophageal echocardiographic shows long-axis view of the bioprosthetic aortic valve at 129°. It demonstrates large mobile vegetation attached to the valve leaflet. Color Doppler interrogation with color comparison demonstrated severe paravalvular leak.
