About Video

This video clip transthoracic echocardiographic exhibiting parasternal long-axis view profiling the mitral valve which shows thickened leaflets. Anterior mitral leaflet shows doming a classical feature of rheumatic involvement and the posterior mitral leaflet has restricted mobility. Small mobile element—vegetation—is seen attached to the posterior mitral leaflet.
