This video clip subcostal four-chamber view shows connection of pulmonary valve to a common chamber posterior and superior to LA. It is clearly separate from left atrium. Atrial septal defect with right-left shunt and dilated right atrium, right ventricle and increased flow through superior vena cava are also seen. The site of drainage of common chamber is not shown.
