This video clip upper images show apical 4-chamber view and the lower images show apical long-axis view. An abnormal exercise stress echocardiogram. There is left ventricular cavity dilatation with extensive regional wall motion abnormalities suggestive of multivessel disease. Rest images are on the left side and the immediate postexercise images are on the right side.
