This video clip showing parasternal short-axis view. Pseudoaneurysm involving the posterior wall of the left ventricle. Note that the mouth of the pseudoaneurysm is much smaller than its body and the endocardial discontinuity can also be appreciated. Thrombi are also seen within the pseudoaneurysm cavity.
