This video clip showing two-dimensional transthoracic color Doppler examination. The arrowhead on the right points to a communication between the true lumen (TL) and false lumen (FL). The arrowhead on the left shows flow signals moving from the FL to the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT). Moderate aortic regurgitation is also displayed.
