Answer: The gonioscopy shows an open angle with blotchy pigments due to pigment release at time of surgery. All the angle structures are visible—scleral spur, trabecular meshwork, Schwalbe’s line. Such irregular deposition of pigment can be seen after any intraocular surgery/laser or due to trauma.
