Answer: Young female with unilateral iris abnormalities suggest Irido-corneal endothelial syndrome. This video shows completely closed angle with peripheral anterior synechiae extending anterior to Schwalbe’s line. None of the angle structures are visible. Zipper angle closure is seen in such cases.
