About Video

This video demonstrates fixation of the UCL reconstruction graft. After repair of the native ligament, the limbs of the graft are tightened and secured both to the periosteum of the medial epicondyle and to one another using 0-Vicryl figure-of-eight stitches. After this is done, the two distal limbs of the graft are sutured to one another and the underlying native ligament using three figure-of-eight 0-Vicryl stitches.
