After repair of the native ligament, the limbs of the graft are tightened and secured both to the periosteum of the medial epicondyle and to one another using 0-Vicryl figure-of-eight stitches. After this is done, the two distal limbs of the graft are sutured to one another and the underlying native ligament using three figure-of-eight 0-Vicryl stitches.
