This video demonstrates arthroscopic stress test for valgus instability. With the arthroscope viewing from an anterolateral portal, the ulnohumeral articulation is visualized and with the arm pronated and flexed to 70°, a valgus stress is applied, demonstrating >2 mm of widening which is considered positive.
