Woman born 1959 wearing soft contact lenses since many years experienced pain in her left eye. Slit lamp examination showed keratitis, which initially was treated by antibiotic eyedrops. She returned after 2 weeks as the symptoms had aggravated. Slit lamp examination showed a deep keratitis. Culturing showed growth of fungus fusa­rium solani.
