In this video, we show how to perform microincisional cataract surgery with an irrigating stinger, an instrument with which downflow irrigation pushes the capsular bag backwards while levitation the fragments, and the use of the stinger at the top of this instrument. MICS can be performed with only one instrument and the phaco tip during the whole procedure.
