The patient taking tamsulosin presented with pigmentary dispersion syndrome and elevated IOP 6 months following cataract surgery. The posterior capsule was torn at the initial surgery and placement of a single piece acrylic IOL in the capsular bag was attempted. However, the optic and one haptic ended up in the ciliary sulcus and an IOL exchange was performed.
