This video demonstrates the use of stereo coaxial illumination to improve the red reflex in four complicated cases. The first case required a pars plana vitreous tap using an automated vitrector in order to deepen the anterior chamber in a hyperopic eye with an extremely crowded anterior segment and a brunescent lens.
