This video shows a case of idiopathic full thickness macular hole. Vitrectomy done. Triamcinolone acetonide injected and TA stained PVD induction done with the suction of a cutter. Residual peripheral vitrectomy completed. Residual triamcinolone particles removed. Brilliant Blue G dye injected under air to stain ILM. The dye aspirated out after an waiting period of 5 minutes.
