This video shows total RD with multiple HSTs where we did vitrectomy using Chandelier’s light, cauterized breaks, vitreous base excision by external scleral depression, removed vitreous fibrils around the cannula tip, fluid air exchange through posteriorly made superonasal retinotomy, laser around the breaks and also around 360o periphery and injected silicone oil using viscous fluid control
