This video describes a case of Eales’ disease with combined retinal detachment with PVRD3 with extensive fibro vascular proliferation where thick posterior hyaloid face removed bimanually, by end gripping & ILM peeling forceps done followed by PFCL injection, fluid air exchange performed to settle retina, laser done around the margin of RR & breaks, silicone oil injection done
