This video demonstrates the technique of AGV implantation with the tube in the ciliary sulcus. The conjunctiva is disinserted at the superotemporal limbus. After priming the AGV, its plate is secured to the sclera. A 23 G needle is passed from the opposite end to locate the ciliary sulcus, and to create a track for the tube.
