About Video

Bleb leak and bleb rupture are more common following trabeculectomy with Mitomycin-C. During the surgery, the entire leaking cystic bleb was excised. Scleral dehiscence was identified. Appropriate size of donor sclera was sutured over the leak with 8-0 absorbable vicryl suture. Conjunctiva was advanced over the graft and sutured.
