This is a video showing management of a case of microspherophakia with glaucoma caused by angle closure. Gonioscopy is done to show the iridotrabecular contact. After AC entry, capsulorhexis is done and hydrodissection completed. CTR is inserted to stabilize the bag. Lens aspiration is done and foldable IOL is implanted in the bag. Postoperative gonioscopy shows opening of angle structures.
