This video documents principles of Two-port Lens sparing Vitrectomy in infants for Vitreous pathologies confined to post-equatorial region. It can be used for clearing the vitreous in vitreous hemorrhages, endophthalmitis, taking vitreous biopsies and most of the infantile tractional retinal detachments not extending to periphery. Entry wounds are 0.5 mm from limbus vertically, usually but not always at the horizontal meridians. Endoilluminator with infusion are used in left hand and vitrectomy
