In this video we present a patient with white cataract and large 180-degree zonular dialysis combined with traumatic mydriasis. After performing triamcinolone-assisted anterior vitrectomy, lens capsule is stained and continuous capsulorhexis performed with micro- forceps. Anterior capsulorhexis edge fixated with three polymer hooks inserted through corneal paracentesis. Phaco aspiration performed and conventional CTR implanted in the bag. The ring fixated to the sclera with 10-0 prolene suture
