About Video

Accurate corneal trephination is a key to the successful corneal graft. However in perforated corneal ulcers it is not possible to trephine cornea because of extremely low intraocular pressure. Glue application before corneal trephination in these cases facilitates adequate trephination. The author demonstrates glue augmented trephination in such a case
