In this video technique the rare removal of the multifocal IOL is presented. The Acrysof restor IOL fixates nicely within the capsular bag. The removal (although indicated very seldom) may pose difficulties due to the fibrosis of the anterior on to the posterior capsule and enclavation of the IOL haptics
