Using a spatula from Opposite the main incision and a forceps for implantation of foldable IOL through main incision to refold the IOL in the anterior chamber by gentle pressure counter-pressure both instruments and turning the IOL to side while explanting. IOL with 6 mm optics can be explanted through 2.8 to 3.0 mm incisions using this technique. Anterior chamber should be stabilized and intraocular tissue should be protected with viscoelastic material
