About Video

There are two ways to increase the flow rate of the liquid in the anterior chamber during microphacoemulsification: (a) by increasing the pressure, (b) by increasing the diameter of the perfusion probe, (c) Poiseuilles law enables us to understand better that it is much more cost-effective to increase the diameter of the perfusion than to increase the pressure. This video shows the finer aspects of Microphaco dynamics.
