This video shows the technique of pediatric IOL Implantation with optic capture in the posterior capsulorrhexis. Posterior capsulorrhexis should be about 4 mm in size and smaller than the anterior capsulorrhexis. Use of high viscosity viscoelastic helps in carrying out of this maneuver.
