There are a lot of excellent theory textbooks available on pharmacology, but a very few practical books on this subject. The students also start reading for the practicals at the last moment, just before the examinations. The aim of this book is to bring all the various aspects of practical pharmacology (i.e. prescriptions, sports, fixed dose combination and pharmacy) together in one book. New drugs are added every year. An attempt has been made to include them in the prescriptions. If this book helps the 2nd MBBS students to score well in practical pharmacology, it would serve my purpose.
