Every medical student—undergraduate or postgraduate must do well in short and long cases to pass. But there are a few books in this format to help them. I think, this book is written keeping this in mind. This book will fill some gap.
This book contains the art of history taking, procedure of examinations, construct the differential diagnosis and finally reach the diagnosis. It also contains essential knowledge to face the discussion during examination.
This book will give the students an opportunity to learn short cases schematically which is easy to memorize. This book will be helpful for all MBBS, MCPS, FCPS, MD and MRCP students.
My endeavor will be fruitful if the book helps the readers to learn and pass in the examination.
