The study of tumors of the oral cavity and adjacent structure constitute an importance phase of dentistry because of the role which the dentist plays in the diagnosis and treatment of these lesions. In this chapter author discussed about various benign and malignant tumors of oral cavity and their etiological features, radiological features, histopathological pictures and their differential diagnosis are discussed.
