The publication of the present volume is justified as it provides updated comprehensive knowledge on every aspect of pediatric surgical practice. Although this book is written for Indian medical practitioners, and its use well extends beyond the geographic territories of India. Chapters in this book are written exclusively by experienced pediatric surgeons and physicians. Thus each of them has exhibited their practical wisdom throughout the pages of this compendium.
